RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All purchases on items we provide are final! We know you will be 100% satisfied with your VGxOG purchase so we do not accept returns.

  • If there is an error from our end (customer was sent an item different from their original order at the checkout screen, ie: wrong size/item), please email us at vanguardoriginals@gmail.com within 7 business days of your purchase to make an exchange. Once we receive the exchange email, we will send you a package slip for you to send your item back. We will ship your new item free of shipping charge within a week of receiving your package. 

In the event the customer ordered the wrong size and needs and exchange, please email us at vanguardoriginals@gmail.com within 7 business days of your purchase for further instructions. In this case, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Items purchased from Vanguard Originals that is eligible for exchange must be returned in new and unused condition. Vanguard Originals reserves the right to determine salable condition at our own discretion and the right to refuse a return if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards or requirements for exchange. In the event that your "exchanged item" is determined unsalable, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense. Limited edition items or items purchased on sale can not be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs and keeping track of delivery confirmation. Vanguard Originals is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received. 

  • If there is a mistake from our end we will gladly do everything in our power to correct the issue. Please allow us up to 1-2 business days to receive your contact and process each claim. 

In the event that the carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer or multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at delivery, Vanguard Originals will not be held responsible. Vanguard Originals will not be responsible for the payment of reshipping merchandise to the customer.
